"Stephanie Quinn regularly offers a 60-90 minute Masterclass on Zoom. At this group class, some of her students perform on a voluntary basis, as well as other attendees who would like a critique of their performances. Sometimes she has guest performers and coaches.
Additionally, Stephanie gives a short presentation on a variety of musical topics, such as sight-reading, band or orchestral conducting, internalizing rhythm, etc., with an opportunity to try out her suggested techniques. It is an informal but always entertaining and informative session. I continually come away with useful new ideas for improving my musical abilities.

On a lark I found Stephanie on an internet search. We scheduled a call where I explained my experience, frustrations, and what I wanted to accomplish. I honestly did not think online classes would work. Was I wrong!! It takes great skill in verbally correcting bow holds, etc. and Stephanie is terrific. Before I was told to practice, but I never knew HOW to practice. Stephanie assigns specific tasks, # of times to repeat, and even time durations for homework. She worked closely with me and even did her own arrangement of a selected composition.
